Every day since our founding in 2002, quality has been our passion. When we answer the phone we try to treat it like a first call with enthusiasm. Even before 2006 when we first achieved our JCAHO certification, we have strived to meet our goals of Excellence through our Continuous Quality Improvement program.
Utilizing several Quality probes from our CQI program, our Director of Professional Resources, herself a registered nurse with active hands on patient care experience, will routinely review all aspects of our hiring practices and personnel file management. Employee- client satisfaction performance evaluations are monitored for excellence and training needs. Goals are established and implemented with review timelines for demonstrable desired outcomes.
